Indian food is a culinary art that is not extremely widespread but that deserves more of our recognition.

Indian cuisine in Mayorca is, as you can imagine, full of curries, but you can equally find cumin and lamb dishes.
Part of the enjoyment is obviously created by the atmosphere and decoration of these restaurants, as well as the ambient music. All of this often contributes to the customer's feeling of actually having been transported to this country.
For those of you who do not eat very spicy foods, please make the waiter aware of this!
